The RentSmart Certificate course is a housing education workshop for anyone having a difficult time finding or maintaining their housing. RentSmart can help by giving you the skills and knowledge needed to overcome these challenges.

The Landlord Partnership Program was a campaign to increase housing stock to help recover from the Motel Shelter Model so people don’t return to the streets. This program has now ended, effective March 31st.
