Empower Simcoe Property & Procurement department, in collaboration with agency departments, administers the preparation, closing and awarding of procurements such as:
- Request for Quotations (RFQ)
- Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Request for Tenders (RFT)
Empower Simcoe works to ensure that the procurement of goods, services and constructions contracts are conducted in an open, fair and transparent competitive bid process in compliance with the Ontario Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive.
