Fee For Service

Empower Simcoe is pleased to begin offering Fee For Service programs to our community. This means that people supported can access valuable learning and recreational opportunities with the direct funding they receive, which can include either the Ministry of Community and Social Services (Passport) or the Ministry of Child and Youth Services (Special Services At Home).

Our Fee For Service programs aim to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities by promoting their social inclusion, independence, and access to various services and opportunities. These services may include skill-building workshops, recreational activities, educational programs, or vocational training.

The key features of our Fee For Service offerings include:

  • Diverse Services: A range of services designed to meet the unique needs and goals of individuals with disabilities, such as skill development, socialization opportunities, and community engagement programs.
  • Person-Centered Planning: Customized service plans that consider the individual’s interests, strengths, and preferences to ensure a personalized experience.
  • Accessibility: Ensuring that services and activities are accessible and inclusive for individuals with various types of disabilities.
  • Qualified Staff: Trained and experienced staff who can provide support, guidance, and supervision as needed.
Evaluation and Feedback: Regular assessments and feedback mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of services and make necessary improvements.
