Rain or Shine, a Swinging Success!

Despite some unpredictable weather, the 2025 Empower Simcoe Foundation Golf Tournament at Hawk Ridge Golf and Country Club on June 19th was an incredible success!

Thanks to the unwavering support and enthusiasm of our golfers, sponsors, donors, and volunteers, we raised over $58,000—funds that will make a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families supported by Empower Simcoe.

Special thanks to Cobs Bread, Molson Canadian, and David Whyne for their contributions to making the day even more memorable.

To all our Empower Simcoe Foundation Tournament golfers, community partners and volunteers, your dedication, smiles, and perseverance—through the wind and the rain—made this event unforgettable. Thank you for helping to empower people of all abilities to lead meaningful, inclusive lives in our community. We’ll see you next June!

Giving back makes me feel that I’m contributing a little bit to making life better for other people. It’s my small contribution. I want to make life a little bit easier and happier for people, to know they are loved and cared about and are important.
