Playground Construction
Construction on the playground and outdoor learning area at 129 Ferris Lane has started. This fully accessible playground has been thoughtfully designed to ensure all children can experience the joy of outdoor play. Special features include accessible surfacing, a shade shelter, an accessible swing, a quiet grove for children who may become overstimulated, a musical gazebo and much more! The playground will also include natural grassy areas, rocks for risk taking and trees will be planted within the playground. Partial Rendering Below
While we are thrilled to begin, we also need to be mindful about the risks inherent with active construction zones. There will be heavy equipment coming in and out of the driveway at 129 Ferris Lane. While the construction site will be fenced, there will be increased risks during the construction. To mitigate this, we have designated parking areas for families (green). Please use caution when walking near the construction zone (red).
