Please join Empower Simcoe in recognizing Tuesday June 18th as Infant and Child Development Day. This year’s theme is 'Home is Where the Heart Is.'

To commemorate the day, the Simcoe County Infant Development team at Empower Simcoe shares this story of Max, which will be submitted to the Ontario Association for Infant and Child Development.

Home visiting is an essential part of supporting and coaching families and their children in their natural environments. Last year, the Simcoe County Infant Development Program at Empower Simcoe provided service to 359 infants, young children and their families. Empower Simcoe is proud of the work being done every day by our compassionate Simcoe County Infant Development Team in recognizing that Home is where the heart is.
