Administration Offices
- As of Monday, March 28, 2022, Empower Simcoe’s Administration Offices at 39 Fraser Court, Barrie and 35 West Street North, Orillia are now open to the public. Regular business hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday.
- Visitors to both buildings will continue to be required to complete and pass the self-assessments at the door.
EarlyON Child & Family Centres
- We are pleased to announce the return to indoor In-person programming. Preregistration is required. There are protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of our staff, students and participants. Please reach out to us at facilitator@empowersimcoe.ca if you have any questions or concerns.
Day Programs
- Community Support Services Barrie and Orillia have resumed cohort community participation groups. Virtual supports also remain an option. We will be in contact with families as we increase the number of cohort community participation groups for the people we support.

Group Living Homes
- Family visits are now permitted within our congregate settings. Visitors need to contact with the Group Living Home Supervisor to make arrangements.
