Employment Support Services assists people in finding competitive employment and/or job shadowing opportunities. An Employment Support Services Coordinator will provide on the job training, assistance and evaluation where needed to facilitate the person’s transition into the community work force.

The Job Readiness Program assists people to develop employment skills. The program consists of in class sessions and job shadowing experience in various employment options. Job Readiness is offered in both Barrie and Orillia, once a year.
