Quality Improvement Survey

As part of Empower Simcoe’s Strategic Plan, the creation of an Organization Performance Management model has been one of our agency’s top priorities (Outcome 3 – People Experience Services as a Result of Building Our Capacities to Serve). Please take a few minutes to complete this Empower Simcoe Quality Review survey which will be shared semi-annually with our Board of Directors. This data will give our agency a Net promoter score, communicating customer satisfaction. This valuable information will assist our agency to continue to provide the absolute best quality supports and services.
