03 Feb The 2022 Empower Simcoe Thank You Cards

Please join us in congratulating Empower Simcoe artists Shawn Ladouceur and Robert Orvis as we feature their art on this year’s Empower Simcoe thank you cards.

Shawn, a prolific artist from Orillia, has produced hundreds of original works of art that have been showcased and sold over the years throughout Simcoe County.

His original drawing, “Tree of Diversity,” represents, according to Shawn, how everyone is different yet has something unique to give back to their community. Robert developed his love of painting and creating beautiful art through Empower Simcoe’s Community Support Services program.

His original painting, “Sunshine Happy” features two of his favourite themes; the sun and the colour yellow, because according to Robert, “they make people happy.”
