Being a Landlord comes with a lot of responsibility, and sometimes you may not know where to turn for help or information. The links to the right will provide some information and some helpful hints when renting out units, maintaining properties, and finding tenants.

It is always important to remember the legislation that is relevant to rental properties and residential tenancies as well as with regards to individuals human rights. The Landlord and Tenant Board of Ontario is available for information on tenants rights and responsibilities, as well as landlords rights and responsibilities.
