With rent on the rise and the homeless population in Simcoe County reaching critical levels, the need for affordable and sustainable housing is higher than ever.
The Simcoe County Regional Housing First Program, along with our community partners, are working towards a goal of Functional Zero in Simcoe County by December 2024. In order to achieve this goal we need landlords like you to become part of the Housing First Program.
